When we visited on this particular trip, it took about 15-20 minutes before we could cash our credits. I would suggest the management hire additional personnel as is can be frustrating to wait, especially if you have smaller children. However, the staff tends to be overwhelmed and it may take a while before they can get to you. We have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating when we need to cash in our credits for prizes or if a machine malfunctions. Some can be rather pricy per play, but with a little patience, you can have fun for a reasonable cost. Game prices are about what you expect in a resort town. I find the system to work better and be more convenient than the old ticket method. This arcade uses electronic cards for keeping track of your ticket winnings rather than traditional tickets. Definitely a good place to take the kids for an hour or so to beat the heat, rain, etc. Sometimes the new games are great, sometimes we miss the old ones, but this is the nature of the arcade business though.
